A easy to handle compact houseboat, well presented with modern features...an excellent experience for couples of all ages & young families to explore the River Murray.

BEDROOMS

Accommodating up to 5 people, Escape consists of two bedrooms. The main walk around queen bedroom is situated at the rear of the vessel with great window views over the Murray River and sliding door access to rear deck.

Overhead storage and wardrobe hanging space.

Bedroom two is a cosy sleeping arrangement. A double bed surrounded by wall alcove with a single over head bunk bed above stepping out to a door opening floor space. A wardrobe catering for hanging & storage.

All linen, quilts, cosy blankets and pillows are supplied.

BATHROOM

The modern tiled bathroom is practical and all in one with glass shower screen, vanity and toilet.
Towels, toilet paper and hairdryer supplied.

KITCHEN

The kitchen has ample cupboard storage and pantry space for all supplies, along with a complete range of cooking and serving ware. A full size gas stove, microwave, and 240 volt electric 240 litre fridge/freezer give you all the comforts of home. Also treat yourself to barrista style coffee using the Nespresso coffee machine and local Arrosto coffee pods provided.

LIVING AREA

The living area is an open plan and comfortable space for all to relax with it's 3 seater leather lounge and wooden extendable dining setting.

A Smart TV, CD/radio at drivers console both units have USB ports & blue tooth connectivity with interior/exterior speakers will take care of the visual and audio entertainment.
A split system air conditioner provides heating and cooling to the entire boat and a gas heater can be used as another heating alternative.

OUTSIDE / TECHNICAL INFO

The boat has a complete surround walkway and generous front and rear deck space, consisting of child safe fencing and incorporates a 1.6m swim deck complete with ladder.

The deck includes a Beefeater stainless steel hooded gas BBQ,table & plastic chairs for campfire seating.
The all weather hard topped sundeck is the ultimate area to relax on the sun lounges or entertain around the quality outdoor setting & watch the sunset. Entry to this alfresco area is via the stairwell ladder.
Escape is powered by a 60hp Mercury 4 stroke outboard motor.
Honda remote start generator, solar system and inverter power supplies the electrical system for the boat.

Kayaks are available for customers use. With many creeks & waterways to explore.
